Age policy — 18 and over only

Chomoloco is an adult entertainment property. Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, before any content or advertising is shown. That confirmation is stored on the visitor's own device and can be cleared at any time, which restores the gate.

All pages carry the RTA-5042-1996-1400-1577-RTA meta tag so parental-control and content-filtering software can block this site automatically. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed this site, contact us through the complaints section below and we will assist.

Persons under 18 are prohibited from using this site. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors, and any content depicting or soliciting minors is prohibited, removed on discovery, and reported where required by law.

Privacy policy

What stays on your device. Saved finds ("your board"), your age confirmation, and a rolling buffer of ad-slot impressions (last 400 entries) are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device in the current version of the site.

What we collect on the server. Standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) kept for security and abuse prevention. Once the member backend launches, analytics events you generate — page views, scroll depth, ad impressions — are stored server-side in aggregate and per-session form.

Advertising. Ad slots are served by ExoClick and, in future, other networks. Those networks may set their own cookies or read their own identifiers when an ad loads, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share local-storage contents with advertisers.

Your rights. You can clear everything we keep in your browser by clearing site data. For server-side data, email the complaints address below and we will action requests within 30 days.

Terms of service

By entering Chomoloco you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, leave the site.

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view content for private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, scrape, re-upload, frame, or resell any content, imagery, or curator material found here. Saved boards are personal to your device.

Advertising is how the site is funded; ad placements are labelled "Ad" or "Video ad". The site is provided as-is, without warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for a free site, is nothing.

Chomoloco is not the primary producer of any sexually explicit content depicted on this site within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §2257. For all such content hosted here, the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the custodian of records at the address below.

This statement governs operator-uploaded and member-uploaded media from the moment the upload backend goes live.

We respond to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and to equivalent notices elsewhere. If you own rights in material on this site and want it removed, send: your identity and contact details, identification of the work, the exact URL on Chomoloco, a statement of good-faith belief and of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature (electronic is fine).
